Again I was very satisfied with my service experience. Albeit, I have had to bring my new 2012 CTS back several times for issues with the car, this is a Cadillac issue. But when I am there to deal with these issues, Alvis Young is very courteous and professional, he is one of the best service advisors I have ever had, no matter what dealership, as far as giving me attentive service. Thanks.

From service to sales, I canot say enough about Stewart Cadillac. I have now gone through 3 sales transactions with Wayne Massey who exemplifies the very best in car sales - fair, frank and fast! George Allen was also expetionally good and made sure I had the right fit in terms of vehicle and deal structure. I worked with a friend on the first two transactions. During that time I was driving a Buick Enclave. When I started having maintenance problems this spring, Stewart's service department treated me as if I were a Caldillac owner which motivated me to become one. My only suggesiton is to consider giving new Cadillac owners a very nice logo embossed "gift bag" to use for changing items from an old car to a new car. As the Terminator said, "I'll be back!"

Had some damage done to my CTS V and...

Had some damage done to my CTS V and decided that, since my original buying experience AND my recent minor service need had been handled in such a splendid fashion, that I would have the body work done at Stewart Cadillac Body Shop. My experience here was as positive as any I have ever had with attention to detail evidenced by Stewart Cadillac Staff throughout the process. Couldnt be more pleased with the service!

I had a difficult time getting my free oil...

I had a difficult time getting my free oil change as promised by my sales person when I purchased the car. I ended up getting the free oil change. I had my front right bumper repaired under warranty and it is still not repaired. The car wash was free but not very good. Sure, the car did get wash but the trash was left inside and the carpet did not get vacuum just patted down.

I bought my 2011 CTS 4 in for maintenance and I was very satisfied with the quality of service and the service rep who handled my vehicle. Also,the wait lounge and assessments are great. My experiences are always great which is why drive from Katy to Steward Cadillac versus closer dealers. Keep up the great service.
